Terms and conditionsReturns policyWe operate a 7 day cooling off period for all unwanted goods. Any items to be returned to us on this basis must be unopened, in their original packaging and be notified to us by telephone or email within 7 days of receipt. It is the customer's responsibilty to ensure the items to be returned are well packed and sent via a trackable delivery service. ShippingEvery attempt is made to ensure all items are shipped within 24hrs of completed payment. Smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail first class recorded. Estimated delivery times for such items would normally be 1-3 days however a missing delivery cannot be contested with the post office until 10 working days have passed - so although we are always more than happy to receive your phone calls we will be unable to deal with a late delivery by this method until after 10 working days. Most smaller items qualify for free delivery however all shipping charges are calculated by the shopping cart. Any problems with any goods received should be notified to us within 48hrs
PaymentShopping using a card has now become an accepted way to pay for goods or services. We are all comfortable handing our cards to a shop assistant or waiter but for many, putting your card details into a website is still a worrying experience. Thats why we use Paypal to process our online payments.
