Although we are more than capable of repairing this fault, we at Wizard do not regard any method of rectifying this problem as reliable. All solutions available cannot reverse the inherent design inefficiency at the root of this console. Taking all this in to account, it is impossible to guarantee any repair. We therefore would advise all customers with consoles under 3 years old to contact Microsoft in the first instance to get it repaired under warranty. Microsoft will replace the consoles' motherboard with a redesigned model less affected by overheating - providing your consoles' warranty seal is still intact.

If your machine is over 3 years old and you still would like us to expertly repair your console the cost is £30. Although we have great experience in doing this and every care is taken to carry out an effective fix, we do not provide any warranty.
